I believe the guy is a french YouTuber and owner of the fast food franchise pepe chicken, we see one sandwich in the video but the rest is probably done in a professional kitchen. He’s doing a promo stunt by feeding the homeless I see nothing wrong honestly.
In France we say “charité bien ordonnée commence par soi même” (which Google translate as : Charity begins at home.)
There’s also kind of a trend here rn where people “negotiate” meals in fast foods and distribute to the homeless (shoutout to el_negociator)

If someone wants to give food to homeless people then they should do it because they are good person and not because they want some easy internet clout. Not to mention that he could just hand one bag of cold shitty food to that single guy then throw the rest out.
